Shipping Details

We offer both domestic (US) and international shipping through FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.

You can choose from often 4-6 delivery options: Ground Shipping (typically 6 days), 4-day, 2-day, or Overnight shipping. Our system will automatically recommend the most cost-effective option within your selected timeframe. Please note the estimated delivery time may not always be accurate due to third-party shipping companies.

VAT or import tax included?

In most cases, YES, we will cover your duty tax/tariff tax by using DPP shipping method. Meaning you don't need to pay anything extra. However, due to the customs policy of different countries, we cannot guarantee or control the taxes. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax for your country. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item you purchase arrives damaged or is otherwise defective, please follow these steps to facilitate an exchange:

1. Report the issue: Please inspect all items carefully when received. Please notify us by email at xyz@ukii.art, of any damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage in your email.

2. Response and authorization: Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly to acknowledge the issue and, if necessary, authorize the exchange. Please do not return products without authorization.

3. Retum shipment: If an exchange is authorized, please mail your return to us within 7 days of receiving exchange authorization. Include your order number (or original invoice, if available) written on a piece of paper inside the box.

4. Condition of the item: The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging for the exchange to be authorized. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is not in suitable condition.

5. Proof of purchase: Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or order number, when requesting an exchange for a defective item.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported damage or defect. If the exchange is approved, we will promptly ship the replacement item to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a full refund.
